  • We employ a bi-directional interviewing process to encourage an excellent match between the candidate and employer.
  • It is important that each candidate that works with us feels valued, accepted and understood throughout the interviewing process, so we thoroughly assess every employer we partner with and ensure the necessary requirements of our NeuroDiversity Readiness Assessment (NDRA) are fully met prior to presenting candidates.

Portfolios (ICPs)


  • We take a holistic approach in onboarding each candidate and curating their valuable professional, educational, and personal skills into a detailed ICP.
  • We validate relevant strengths connected to the area(s) in which our candidates desire to work.
  • ​The ICP also serves to identify any notable challenges that a candidate may encounter to allow the employer to make the necessary accommodations for the candidate to achieve lasting success.

Candidate Interview
& Hire Process


  • No two candidates are the same, therefore no two interviewing processes are the same. We facilitate every step of the process and partner with and guide the candidate and employer through the journey.
  • Because our candidates possess a “different kind of mind” and offer unique experiences and talents to the hiring organization, we customize each interview process based on the uniqueness of individual, the needs of the organization, and the requirements of role under review.

​Collaborative
Onboarding Support


  • ​As candidates settle into their new roles, we support both the candidate and the employer during the training process.
  • Successful placement is deeply impacted by clear communication of individual responsibilities, team norms, and the mission and culture of the organization.

Targeted Performance
& Skills Coaching


  • Once the candidate is hired, we coordinate and collaborate with the employee and direct manager(s) to ensure work quality, productivity and overall performance goals are being met.
  • We support the manager(s) in developing and implementing effective and appropriate skills training programs.
  • Target areas will be measured and monitored to ensure progress is made at the appropriate, agreed-upon rate. Coaching may occur in various settings, either one-on-one or in a group, depending on the needs of the candidate.

Personal Counseling
& Support


  • A career change is a life transition which can be overwhelming for any person, even individuals who are not autistic.
  • We provide traditional and alternative counseling support by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) skilled in working with neurodivergent individuals to help the candidate cope with the unexpected challenges of a new role, assist with communication and social skills, and offer support for the anxieties, fears or frustrations that can surface throughout a life change.
